Shipping & Processing

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, carrier rates, and package weight.

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. If there is a delay beyond this window, we will contact you directly with an update.

Once an order has shipped, Mugshot NYC is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. All shipments are insured; however, claims for lost or damaged packages must be handled directly with the carrier.

We are not responsible for stolen packages, including orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, or delays. These are outside of our control, and Mugshot NYC is not responsible for any resulting delays or fees.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products and small-batch production, we maintain a strict return policy.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • After 7 days, all sales are final

  • Returns are subject to a 20% Restocking fee

To request a return, please contact us for approval and instructions before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Once a return is received and inspected, a refund may be issued at our discretion. Items returned in used, damaged, or altered condition will not be refunded.

All Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Discounted or promotional items

  • Limited-run items

  • Custom or made-to-order products

Vintage & Second-Hand Products

Vintage and second-hand items are sold as-is.

These products may show signs of wear consistent with age and prior use. By purchasing a vintage or second-hand item, you acknowledge and accept its condition.

All vintage and second-hand sales are final.
No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued.

Group Buys & Pre-Orders

Group buys and pre-orders are placed specifically on behalf of the customer.

  • Payment is collected upfront

  • Estimated timelines are provided but not guaranteed

  • Delays may occur due to manufacturing, materials, or logistics

All group buys and pre-orders are final sale and non-refundable.
